After the successful sale of Lenovo A6000, A7000 and Lenovo A6000+, Lenovo, as said launched their next much awaited smart phone Lenovo K3 Note on 25th June at a function held in Delhi. The look and feel of the Lenovo K3 note seems to be an updated version of Lenovo A7000, which was announced in March, this year. The Lenovo K3 Note will be exclusively available on Flipkart from 8th July onwards at a price tag of 9.999 INR. The registration process on Flipkart has already been started.
Jumping onto the
killer features, K3 note sports a 5.5 inch, 1080p full HD IPS display with a
resolution of about 1080*1920 pixels. The 401 pixel density provides every image
in their truest colors and with the most possible details.
Lenovo K3 Note
runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop along with the Lenovo Vibe UI on top. The hardware
features include a 64 bit octa core mediatek processor clocked at 1.7 GHz
coupled with Mali-T760MP2 GPU and 2 GB of RAM. K3 note also offers dual SIM
card slots along with 16 GB of internal storage that can be expanded upto 32 GB
using the external card slot.
Coming on to the
camera, the device houses a 5 mega pixel selfie camera and a 13 mega pixel rear
shooter. It also has a dual LED flash. Other camera beautification features
include HDR, touch focus, face detection, Geo-tagging and panorama.
The connectivity
features include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, GPS and Bluetooth. The phone weighs just 150g
and has a massive 3000 mAh removable battery that offers 36 hours of talk time
on 3G.
In addition to
all these features, K3 note provides killer sounds with Dolby Atmos offering
360° sound experience which means sound
flows not only around you but also above you.
The phone would
be available in Pearl white, onyx black and laser yellow variants. Also, Lenovo
reported about launching a limited edition variant of Lenovo K3 note that has a
WOW sound box. The limited edition would have a ceramic plate on the back. All
you need to do is to play your favorite sound track on your K3 note limited
edition and place the phone over a sound box available with limited edition and
BOOM!! It would work as a subwoofer.
The main opponents
of Lenovo K3 note are Meizu M1 note, micromax yureka, Infocus M350, Asus Zenfone 5 and Acer liquid E700. All these models are budget Android smart phones and
are priced under a price tag of 11,000 INR.
As there is a
heavy competition at this price range, let’s wait and see how K3 note would
make a hit among customers.
